- Senior Resident – Laboratory Medicine
AIIMS, New Delhi | February 2023 – Present
- Orchestrated the end-to-end accreditation process for the Hematology and Biochemistry laboratories, achieving NABL accreditation.
- Drafted and implemented Quality Manuals, System Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with ISO 15189:2022 and NABL requirements.
- Established frameworks for Risk Assessment and Mitigation, internal audits, identification of non-conformities and implementation of CAPA.
- Oversees daily operations of the core laboratory, processing over 1,000 samples daily across Biochemistry and Hematology.
- Validates and signs complex diagnostic reports including Peripheral Smears, Hemoglobin HPLC and Specialised Biochemistry.
- Leads Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assurance Scheme (EQAS) monitoring.
- Supervised clinical and technical validation of Beckman Coulter AU5121 and AU1525 analysers.
- Conducts seminars and practical demonstrations for MD residents and laboratory technical staff.

“Study of WTI, Synaptopodin and resistant Nephrotic Syndrome”
The research investigated gene expression in childhood steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome using RT-PCR and qPCR techniques.
